Parco Regionale della Maremma, Tuscany, covers an area of 150 square miles including 12 miles of coastline with lovely beaches. There are no cars allowed with the exception of one road from Alberese to the Marina di Alberese with a 4-mile beach and small restaurant. The landscape is varied and includes salt marshes, sand dunes, open plains, rocky mountains, sheer cliffs, pine forests and scrubland. It is incredible rich in birdlife as well as deer, boar and small mammals. This shot was taken near the beach at Marina di Alberese.
