The Druids came out in Manhattan last night, as seen here on 34th Street. Four times per year, in May and July, thousands of New Yorkers and tourists flock to Manhattan’s streets for a glimpse of the celestial sunset event known as Manhattanhenge. It features a perfectly aligned sunset beaming down the east and west streets of Manhattan's grid. This results in a fireball of a sunset that illuminates the north and south sides of the city's skyscrapers.
